A little about me: I am a native North Carolinian, born in Mocksville and raised in Winston-Salem, NC. I am a product of the Piedmont and have worked and lived in Charlotte/Lake Norman area since 1992. After working with Piedmont Airlines for 10 years, I got my real estate license and settled in South Charlotte, where I have been a full-time Realtor since 1994. I enjoy all the things that Charlotte, NC has to offer and love working with relocating clients because it gives me an opportunity to show off the Queen City!

Experience: I have worked for both small local firms and large nationwide brokerages. While at those firms, I was named Top Producer of the Year, earned top accolades in both Quality Customer Service and Relocation, was a Broker-In-Charge and taught new agent classes. The most important thing I learned along the way was the value of relationships: with other agents, with participants in each transaction and especially with my buyers and sellers.

Creating CLT Residential: In 2010, when the market was suffering, I decided to take my business acumen and create CLT Residential Real Estate Partners. With co-owner Sara White, we soon expanded our presence to the Lake Norman area with LKN Residential. We also have a sister office in Isle of Pines, SC, which serves IOP, Mt. Pleasant and Sullivan’s Island and is owned/operated by our agent partner, Amy Cartner. Today, our small group of agents are still focused on what helped us grow, even when the market was down. We treat our clients like family, making sure that all of their goals are met. Because of this, our company has grown and prospered from referrals.
